Rowdy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Change Vs Stability

So many teams have gone through some major changes in the off season. Driver changes, sponsor troubles or improvements, engineering philosiphies, staff changes and the odd bit of trouble with the authorities. Some an intentional change in an effort to improve, others forced by circumstances. The only teams that i can think of with no major changes are SBR and LMS. while HRT's back rooms are still unclear. Will this give these teams an advantage out of the blocks?

I'd suggest only those with an engineering change or driver change would be the ones that may have some adjusting....BJR on the surface have only had a sponsor change, and PMM and TKR joining forces would probably have a positive effect on the team.
