Nordic should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Don't know your planned dates but Stansted to Tours with Ryanair is currently a very reasonable £48.55 travelling out on the 15th and back on the 20th. The circuit is a leisurely 45 minutes drive north.

That is good value, with car hire about £180 that works out to be £140ish each for 2 sharing. (car parking at stanstead can be pricey however)

Another ferry option is the Newhaven - Dieppe route, hoverspeed take 2 hours or the Transmanche company use ferries but take 4 hours. hoverspeed charge about £170 per car, the Transmanche is cheaper but a bit rougher.

it was in a bar restaurant on a street leading off from the pedestrianised square. to our british eyes it looks a little like a tgi-fridays. we've been in there a few times and theres always teams and drivers in there. the saturday night before pq is a good night to visit for some driver spotting.

i liked the train. the only pain is going back it was a 2-3 hour wait for a connection at lille station...theres only so many cappucinos you can drink!

P & O may not be pulling out of the pompey route after all. The Pompey - Le Havre route may even have some promo prices available.
Check with them to see if they will take a bookink
