what happenede to the planned new hillclimb in the Welsh borders?

The title says it all really.

A few years ago I remember hearing plans for a new hillclimb venue in the welsh borders, just wondered what had happened to the plans.

Thats a shame, obviously too noisy for the sheep and the financial benefits for the area count for nothing.
