Predictions Competition Round 10 - Hockenheim Final + Results!

Due to absence - this is extremely late - apologies.

Feel free to take whatever advantage you feel from monitoring the practice times, but don't leave it too late.

Closing time is the start of qualifying.

Same situation as before.

Wow, even our entries went in at the same second.

I'm worried I'm going to have to go back and dig out those tie breakers.

Ekky got pole though! That's 5 to me already

First, apologies - due to a goof, the points I posted above didn't correctly reflect Dijon's result.

Here are the Round 9 amended points - meaning FIRE had a two point lead in fact going in (the changes were minor, no more than 1 point removed or added to everyone's score as we all scored so badly at Dijon! I mean, a Mercedes 1-2-3-4-5, who'd have thought!)

That was a high scoring round though, JMeissner scored the most with 12 points for getting pole, 1st and 2nd correct.

Mattt and I came joint second in the race with 11 points each for getting pole and fastest lap correct, and two points for getting two of the top three correct albeit in the wrong order.

That means the 2009 DTM Predictions Competions Looks thus:

Hazard45
FIRE40
jmeissner35

So congrats to me - err, that means so far touringlegend and I have won the predictions completions we're running - which looks dodgy enough!

However, we're fair sports and aren't in it for the prizes.

The price therefore would fall on our second place man - but that's FIRE, who's also a mod.

We would defer it to our third place guy - but that's an ex-mod!

So, like the trophy no one wants, it befalls on our 4th place finisher mattt. Congratulations!

Thanks for playing everyone - I'll get my tech sorted pre-season next time so it doesn't cause as many problems.

Also, will calculate the ETC Cup tomorrow. I think nearly EVERYONE predicted Thompson would win it - could be in trouble for not including a tie-breaker! (though I've just glanced and reckon JMeissner's probably won that one)
