Fia Standards With Race Suits?

Hello,

Just been trying to find out from the FIA site if my suit is still ok , and have just got very confused !!

It reads on the back NORME 1986/1986 STANDARD
05.201.CSAI.94.

Any ideas?

Many thanks

For FIA events it is a bit old. The new FIA standard is 8856-2000.
Within the UK, I don't know.

I "fear" you'll need FIA standard for Spa. Depends who runs the meeting and who's the scrut.
If it is the Euroraces you are doing: FIA. And they don't bargain at Spa.

8856-2000 for suits
8860-2004 for helmets

And do you know the regs for seats - both for UK and International?

But yes, 8855-1999.
Have look at the date on the seat as well, not that it is expired when you need it the most.
