F1 Steering wheels
Anybody have any good shots of the latest Mclaren steering wheel? Actually does anyone have shots of any of the latest steering wheels?

I do, but it's on a poster in my room at school. There are pictures on the net though because I have seen them in posts a while back.

thats not a steering wheel! its got more buttons than a fighter jet! i bet on there somewhere theres a button labelled "Rubens Engine Limiter" for when he wants to steal rubens place in the final few laps!

What do you suppose Nuvolari would do if he climbed into his cockpit and found something like the f2000 wheel facing him?

The latest innovation is that if the driver twists the whole wheel it changes the direction of the car! What will they think of next...

Thanks all. Keep it coming if you find more.
kristof14, The picture you attached belongs to a Ferrari. The Mclaren steering wheel has changed a bit from 2000 since the reintroduction of fly-by-wire so as far as I can tell from video it has a few more buttons and switches attached to it but I've not seen a good photo of it yet. That site with the Arrows wheel is well done. |
