Smoking Drivers??
Who knows of btcc drivers that smoked cigarettes? I recently heard that Jo Winkelhock did and was not happy about it!
 Anybody know of any others? |

Surely the teams wouldn't accept it. I knew Jo Winkelhock did (he had a fag at the Oschersleban last year on the side of the track after he was involved in a pile-up). I wouldn't have picked Plato for a smoker, then again Watts either. I don't think james Thompson does, but then again you never know.

I liked him! I know winkelhock did. Plato was a real surprise. Biela i'm not too surprised at. I don't think Thompson does.  Bailey also, was a bit of a surprise. |

Yes, i've seen JP having a fag, but he always says to kids when signing autographs that and I quote.."SMOKING IS BAD, DON'T DO IT!", it keeps me wondering why the Dickens he is doing it!
Not a BTCC driver, but i've seen rising F3 driver Mark Taylor lighting a fag! And I don't think i've seen Harvey smoking, I've seen a million of times round the paddock and never with a cigarette in his mouth. |

But you know with some of these drivers they might have previously been smokers but they've been warned by their team bosses to give up or risk losing their place or more importantly their life!

Sorry to say that I smoke, it is an awful addiction and I can only say to anyone out there thinking about it....Don't bother! I actually managed to give up between the ages of 32 and 39 but then started again, so you are never really free from it.

This has got to be the most stupid topic I ever saw!! What does it matter if a driver smokes or not; in fact, what business is it of ours if they do ?
Hey, i've heard that John drinks lager too... this obviously means he's the work of the devil then...

Sorry to everybody that I made up this stupid thread. It really isn't any of my business whether drivers smoke or not. I would treat them the same way as if they didn't. Sorry if I hurt anybody's feelings or anything like that. Have a good 1.
