richie17 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
iRace Round 4 Lakeside! 12-13 June

I have been looking forward to this weekend for a long time!
I have a couple of quick questions, 1 are you allowed to park your car next to the track and 2 where is the best place to spectate from?

There are several good spectating points on the outside of the circuit, where you can drive your car right up to the fence. Hungry corner, the kink, the right hand sweeper at the beginning of the main straight, XXXX Hill just past the Carussell.

Bring an FM radio, tune it to 87.6. No speakers at the track anymore, commentary is entirely FM broadcast.

Not sure the paddock at XXXX Hill is open to spectators cars, and not sure I'd want to stand there because of long grass and it's been to home to the odd bitey although it will be pretty cold for them. But certainly you'll be able to park on the spectators mounds on the outside of the front straight.

Certainly from the bridge to Hungry to half-way up Eastern Loop is a good spot. Best way I reckon, park your car and walk around the infield. Visit the embryonic museum and the cafe within. Watch the drop downhill from the bridge to Hungry from the inside of the circuit.

Saw a few cars heading up there this morning on my way to work. Three saloon cars, a HQ and a ute.

Thanks for the extra info Falcadore, I will bring a hand-held radio with me.
You have got to love the neighbours who moved in next to a race track for the "peace and quiet".

I had a great day on Sunday. The HQs were fantastic as well as the Saloon Cars. It looked quite funny seeing a mini battling with a Sports Sedan in the Muscle Division!
Does anyone know what happened to the Formula Vee driver? I hope he has a speedy recovery.
