Rallycross coverage from Mondello

I was just watching the telly last night - as you do, and there was Rallycross coverage from Mondello shown on Men&Motors. So I was watching a cracking race, when the red flags were flown for an upturned car.

There was a shot of a marshal waving a big red flag, with her back turned towards the camera, and her face turned to the left. She wore glasses.

Although I didn't really get a good look, the old grey matter said "was that EP?"

Well? Was that our Evil one getting 10 more seconds of fame on TV?

It's on again today at 16:00 on M&M - Sky channel 139.

Manxcoastracing should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

It was indeed our beloved EP on D7 Hole in the Hedge. Also can be seen on Motors TV , channel 416 in Digital .

I didn't like to give her a big head, but I thought it was EP strutting her funky stuff.

Just watching the Motors TV coverage of the FFordies on Sunday (I think), and EP is famous again! This time talking to an errant spindle driver as the marshal team struggle to get his busted spindle onto the rescue vehicle

Craig - two words - bite me! (for those of you not familiar with that little episode, I managed to miss my footing and ended up on my arse in the gravel trap at 4a! On the plus side, at least I still had the car between me and the traffic and apparently from the other side of the circuit, it looked like I was checking the gravel around his tyres! )

Apparently the RallyX thing was me - I still haven't seen the Mondello one - anyone know when it's being repeated. Are you sure the other one wasn't a Formula Renault? I don't remember any filming going on when it started raining FFords!

Oh and just a mention to our own Craig - he did bring along Ten Tenths patches, and sale of them to marshals raised £45 for the Motorsport Safety Fund!
