For a nice spot on the grass around Paddock bend around 9 ish. If you want to sit next to the fence at the same corner then about an hour earlier. Most other places apart from Druids should be fine later in the morning.

The gates will be opening at 06:00 on the Sunday so you may want to be there quite early. Depends on how close to the fence you want to be.

Preferably i'd like to be as close to the fence as possible. Paddock hill bend will be packed, along with Hawthorn.

I suspect traffic could be a nightmare as there will probably be more cars than there have been since BTCC at its peak 15 years ago so the local police may
have forgotten how to cope

There was quite a few people there for the champ car and the traffic was a nightmare then! I dread to think what it might be like this weekend!

If the Autosport "rumour" of 80,000 in this thread is true then I would suggest getting there as close to gate opening time as you can.

I wonder how busy the Saturday will be as I'm hoping to go then. I expect Sunday will be completely jam packed!!! Get there V early to avoid traffic.

We got there on Saturday at about 10'ish and it was fine. Sun we managed a fence side seat at Paddock Hill Bend at 6:45

Useful for next year ;-)

Although I think we'll be camping next year.
