Who will win the Daytona 500?

I say it will be Jeff Gordon or Tony Stewart.

I say Jeff Gordon or Tony Stewart as well. But maybe Mike Waltrip will do a repeat.

Waltrip was very impresive in the 125 race so he has to be right up there.

but I think the fight will be between him , Gordon, Dale Jnr and Stewart and out of those Im going for Jnr to win a very emotional race.

Junior or Waltrip can win it but somehow, I see other teams ganging up on them if they are out front since they have won most of the plate races lately. The scenario I see is that Jr and Waltrip might be up front late in the race and then Jimmy Johnson drafting and giving his boss Gordon a push into the lead or Stewart and somebody else (Bobby Labonte?) teaming up on them.

At any rate, it will be almost a miracle if a Ford wins it because it appears that they still have too much drag in their plate track aero package.

Sorry are we serious expecting someone other than Dale Jr? Come on people this is NASCAR they keep thowing up smoke screens and playing with mirrors so that when the LET him win he they can claim he did so legitimately. It is not a case of who is winning but where Jr. is in the pack with 5 laps to go.

Oh, puh-lease. Not the "NASCAR is fixed" thing again. Everybody knows I 'm not a Jr. fan, and even I don't believe that story.

Of course, maybe I shouldn't have said that. Just as I was typing that out, I went to adjust my Jeff Gordon hat, and the band broke...
