From what I heard here is the grid for Sepang ( Afos Series)
M3 6 cars
ART 4 or 5 cars.
Champ 3 Car
DTM 1 Car.

Since all those teams will be in malayisa,I dont see who will race on May 24-25 In Shanghai for the FRD Series....AFR Is Dead..

The AFR is a joke of championship everything in that championship goes against almost all the rules about a serious championship around the world.
Im not suprised about all the bad management in this championship in my opion is because there is no brother with colour in this organization.

I think all the teams like champ a team with very powerfull engines, March 3 , Art and Dtm are team with alot of attitude and are willing to raise the motorsports level in asia by moving to the Afos championship that haves a very competent management.(im sure there is a Brother in Afos organization)

For this team i wish all the best for the new season.

just 14 cars only, dissapointing compare to the 25-28 cars they had last year in Asian Formula Renault

No news from the "Team from France"?

Are missing Pekka Saarinen Racing,Modena Motorsports and Ghia Sports as well as FRD ... so still have some cars available for FRD Championship

PSR is FRD by another name. Anyway the Sepang race is not until 22 June so you cannot say those teams you name are all sticking with FRD or moving away for certainty.

FRD PSR Modena,GhiaSport.....how many car will those teams will put on the grid??? Especially Ghia and Modena....
Plus the fact that PSR and FRD will be the only "serious" teams......

AFR is defenetly suffering.

champ engines hadnot seals cause frd substantially bettered to alow the team to race with no seals on engines cause their stock of seals runoff. renault sport also aproved the engines of champ in shanghai

champ gonna go to malay with 4 cars: kevin, jeffrey (v6) - mathias and ryan(2000)

Seems like the Formula 2.0 Asia will be an "open" single seater serie , not only Formula Renault 2000 Cars ...

I dont think it will be an open formula for all two liters, i hear the regulations of the championship are almost the same as the formula renault( when i say almost the same is only a few words are change like "Renault cars")
So i guess their will be no f3 or any cars rather then formula renault.
The regulations to what one brother told me is that the cars must use Sadev 6 speed sequencial gear box and f3 use Hewland or pankl.
But we never know my Brothers.

dallara F301? afos isnt godard private party.

the rules are made for frenault. Try race a 2.o liter engine on f1.

frd has prisioned team champ at shanghai but the team is going to race anyway with other cars. frd and renault sport are makiing everything to stop the championship but they are not strong in asia any more.

sun1: michael ho is very smart and afos will help him. i know they are tentaly rent a car from another team but that team wanted a fortune for the rental car and michael rejected cause his cars are better and would unravel the landmark protections of champ. now champ is making moves to ship more 2 cars to malay.

Are you talking about the cars that were found without seals in Zhuhai race??

If so they were tested on the Dyno and they were 7 to 9 BHP more than the average Renault sealed engine.....This way Of course the cars are better but they still cant win ..
