Was thinking the same thing, not sure why they aren't the bright green we've seen elsewhere? Hopefully they aren't on every car

I thought it may relate to the 5.56 can, but that is red.

The 2.26 Can is close to that colour though.

I'm sure you'll find that the colour, position, font, size etc of the car numbers will be mandated in the Rule book! (as V8SC is)

Has been, and all that I have seen has had the numbers as being bright green.

Goat Boy has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Does anyone know if there will be any V8ST's on display and/or demonstrating this weekend at Hampton Downs?

Kumeu Classic Car and Hot Rod Festival is on this weekend also, so if they are aiming to promote to as wide a range as you can, I would be out there.

I would have thought that with more than one working car now they could easily do both - hey, it would be funny to have one at Timaru too, wouldn't it!

I'm thinking that since Boothy is going to be at HD anyway he could demonstrate one there...

He may well be doing both, Kumeu this weekend, his workshops just down the road isn't it? And HD the weekend after. He's driving that Can Am the 2nd weekend only from what I have seen.

Don't worry they will be going that fast you won't be able to see them anyway.

On another note anyone know if the ST's are planning on having a round across the ditch at some stage?

Doubt that very much, quite a huge cost involved in that.
Where would they race?

So.. is the FPR 'entry' into the category now complete Here

Makes more sense about Mr McIntyre's enduro signing at FPR in any case...

Asia.
They would pay shipping to host a round I reckon.

Well "Across the ditch" Means Aussie. But I can't see anywhere in Asia being keen to pay for an unknown series full of unknown drivers to come race

What!!!! you saying Murph is an unknown driver? It will be full on when somebody rubs his paint and he storms into the pits and hits them over the head with his handbag.

Hit? Nah he's all mouth!
Maybe we should start a petition to get Ambrose over for a guest spot in the enduro

did you really expect to? apart from McIntyre's car.. have any other cars been completed?

it's now less than 3 weeks to go

Promax, you are such a drama queen, if you had any hands on experience, you would know that three weeks to a race car team is an eternity.

only drama queen here is you you really didn't need to join this site just to complain about my posts. sad really

McIntyre's car is the only car we've been told that is 100% completed. the 1st ST test session is 3 weeks away.. so teams would probably be spending their time finishing their cars.. rather than displaying an unfinished car at HD. don't you think?
