Yes i think you are right , we are minnows in the race. But PAKISTAN will do well in the next race. With the such a good team & a super driver we should hope for the best.PAKISTAN has the ability to stand in top 10.There were some problems in the pit so we were far behind. And i still think he is GREAT

fo god sake bro tone it down! thats the thing you guys.. as soon as they have some one in a sport you get a whole bunch of new fans who dont have a clue and join the band wagon and chant BS! Pakistan will get better and when they do you can big em up a bit.. right now its a stupid thing to do! Look at Lebenon, they are quietly getting on with the job, without hot air, hype and loud mouth fans.... |

I think some people do not have the heart to accept new countries taking part in the game. And as far as the loud mouth fans is concerned , we were given the same treatment when our cricket team went there, but look now who is dominating the sport. Today your GBR team is almost on the verge of loosing a match to a club sidein Pakistan.
And we are loud mouth , wild & mad about our sports , thats why we were the champs of cric.. , hockey, squash"And boy mind it a1 is next". |

Its not that people do not have the heart to accept new countries. Just like any sport, a team (or a player) needs to walk the talk (get some "wins" around his/their belt). Lets keep a friendly atmosphere and not bash other teams/countries when ours is still on its crow's feet. Cheers! Ahmad |

When Adam Kahn can learn to drive around without his front wing hanging off causing a hazard to other drivers, then maybe I can respect him. I love seeing new countries in sports, but arrogant flaming fans I do not. |

wasn't that great in second session. Only 18th out of 23 drivers. I think in the first session they just hit the setup right because of Super Nova's experience. However, the second session generally seems to be a a lot more indicative of actual pace. Still faster than India although that isn't saying much.

mbathsha - don't knwo where you get your info from.
7th in first free practice as the set up was indeed perfect. During the second the rain came and the new break pads were interfering with the set up. Are you always so "glass half empty"? Encouraging start by Pakistan i'd say. |

If you look at the times between first practise and 2nd they are pretty close so hard to see how rain was an issue.

New Driver For Team Pakistan
There are rumours that a new driver will be tested at Dubai - his name is Imaad Rizvi - Anybody know anything about him?

The only thing Google turned up was that he attended a Formula BMW training course at the Bahrain circuit in September 2005. Don't think he will be challenging Lapierre and Premat any time soon.

Imaad Rizvi
Pakistan does need a second driver, and Imaad just did really well in Bahrain. I hope they give him a chance to at least try out. They should test him in Dubai. We need a second driver!

5th place in the feature race! He beat a few ex-F1 & champcar driver the last 2 rounds. I think the Adam improved a lot this year & I hope he comes back next year.
I saw him live at Laguna Seca and he drove well, looked better then Fittipaldi & Pappis. |

Adam Khan
Maybe you haven't heard but Adam Khan will not be racing for Team Pakistan next year. According to Autosport he will be continuing his studies!
Apparently the problem is not Adam but his father! Very strange! |
