IC Engines
How long will the internal combustion engine last as a means of propelling road cars and what will replace it?

I think the IC engine is here to stay for a long while, but do agree that fuel will change.
Is hydrogen based fuel in our future? Or some other synthetic or organicall based fuel going to eventually offer cheap production and power density? |

We'll have to wait and see on this one but I suspect hydrogen is the way forward, in both fuel-cell electric cars and IC engines for those who still want cars to be fun!
