Would be great to see Jeroen rebound into a seat. Very tough though.

So many GP2/GP3 guys out there sniffing around drives. Just look at the ELMS test right now.

I'd say that Matt Murry is a safeish bet for the Greaves car. Chinese driver Adderley Fong is also apparently being evaluated for an LM drive (via DSC). I'll go out on a limb and guess that's with KCMG.

Interesting that Jack Leconte seemingly can't guarantee Larbre would race at LM - even if they got into the race as first reserve.

Personally I think if they get an invite they will be there. Seems like Leconte is venting a bit in the interview. But with his history and his support of the ACO series' maybe he could have expected an entry.

I think the ACO sensed it was maybe a late deal coming together quite speculatively.

Fong was testing with Pegasus, an ELMS entry/LM24 reserve.

George Richardson will not drive for JMW at Le Mans despite being in the ELMS line-up and the named reserve-listed driver. In fact none of the ELMS line-up will do the big race.

A "very interesting announcement" coming. I wonder who it could be...

Quite a few IFs in the post because it's not certain whether we'll even see this car.

But seemingly after having their 3 drivers confirmed Autosport/Gary Watkins thinks that Christophe Bouchut/Pierre Kaffer will race at LM.

According to Sports-carracing.net,
Team TAISAN confirms LM24 participation.
1st driver is Matteo Malucelli. Other drivers will be Tracy Krohn and Niclas Jönsson.
Ricky Chiba confirms that they will participate in AsLMS also this season.
And they aim at the LM24 participation by all Japan team in 2015.

I think Bertolini is probably going to be in the SMP 458.


EDIT: Samurai beat me to it on Taisan.

Unless I've missed something - they can't enter that line-up in the AM class. Gold/Gold/Bronze isn't allowed as far as I'm aware.

Not sure if they've managed to get Jonsson knocked back down to silver. Or maybe Malucelli after his recent driving haha.
