European F3 Champ.
Has anyone got any more information on the new European F3 Championship that will start next year ? Which teams will make the swith ? Who will drive in it and on which tracks ?

They will got to 3 or 4 tracks in france
Hockenheim, nurburgring, Norisring and A1 and Zandvoort are also part of the calendar I haven´´t seen any confirmations of teams yet, but I think that BSR and Prema are likely to join! |

This is the provisionnal calendar for the 2003 European F3 Championship :
* 27th april : Hockenheim (with DTM) * 8th june : Pau (with French Super Série) * 22th june : Norisring (with DTM) * 13th july : Le Mans (with French Super Série) * 27th july : Dijon DTM (with DTM) * 10th august : Nurburgring (with DTM) * 7th september : Zandvort (with DTM) * 21st september : Monza (with DTM) * 19th October : Magny-Cours (with French Super Série) |

Dijon is out of the calender and Lausitzring is in. The season starts at Hockenheim and the final race will be in Magny Cours.The German F3 coup will keep existing as a B-championship and will mostly go together with Beru Top10 and V8Star. There older cars can be used there but not in Euro F3. In the
European Championship only 2003 cars are allowed! GM wants to form a team for the Euro-Cup. Every team will have two cars, not more than 36 cars are allowed! |

btw, there isn´´t an official webpage t the moment, but there´´s www.formel3.com for german f3
www.ffsa.org for french f3 and www.germanf3.cjb.net I´´ll post every thing when I hear it... |

Actually it's more a fusion between the French and German F3 championship instead of a European champ. as we have known it in the '70s & '80s.
