No F3000 for Eurosport???
Because it's so probably that the F3000 will not be watching in Latin America, I contacted a friend to save the races from the Eurosport coverage; but today I entered in the TV schedules of the official Eurosport website ( http://www.eurosport.com) and the on-line Eurosport website ( http://www.eurosport-tv.com:82/) and I watching myself what the official coverage of the first meeting at Interlagos they putted firstly on Saturday 30th March at 19:30 CET, was now evaporated!!!
What it means? Perhaps it seems we don't have F3000 in Eurosport for 2002?

No CART, no F3000, what kind of sports channel is this with no motorsport content?!?!?
Just kidding.
Seriously since I'm in Canada I dont know this channel but per what I see on the net, is this the most watched channel for motorsport in Europe?

although we all moan about eurosports terrible programme quality , and schedules.........it was the main place to see all the racing that we wanted to see.........now , they seem to have lost the plot , and we are all suffering......infact , i think Hakkiman's suffering the most because he cant get to see hardly any of the racing latly.

seems Eurosport have given up on LIVE coverage of motorsport. So far confirmed are one hour highlights programmes of CART,IRL & ALMS.The sports that should NEVER be live are the ones that they have most of.Tennis-you never know how long a match will last.Sking-too much snow, not enough snow poor visibility, too windy, then its delayed or even rescheduled to another country.
BTW they still have the ETCC/FIAGT/EuroF.Rerault AFAIK.

I emailed Eurosport and the reply I got was not really satisfying...they told me that they WILL have F3000 live but then started that the first race they would show was Barcelona on April 27 14:30 CET.
Problem is they didn't mention the first 2 races nor the others. I'm waiting for a reply from them about those races

I know its abit sad and all, but maybe we should try and bombard Eurosport with emails explaining our disappointment! Maybe they are of the opinion that no one really wants to see F3000, which is clearly not the case
enquiries@eurosport.co.uk
I know i'm going to email them and tell them how poor there coverage is! Anyone else going to bother?
Hopefully someone will listen from Eurosport and actually take into account the motorsport fans for a change!

never draw conclusions too quick; Stranger's reply already shows us that they have the rights and plan to do something with them... the final TV schedule is probably not sure yet and the first 2 races may be shown live afterall, let's just wait and see.
They haven't "given up" on broadcasting motorsport yet, I guess they just can't pay the current prices of some series... maybe the future of Eurosport will lie in P1GP etc.

Your right, its best to wait and see what happens.
As for me, the only race meeting I have been to in the last two year was the CART race at Rockingham last year. I just can't afford to go to all the races I want to go to and I can't afford to get Sky Sports to watch LIVE IRL and CART.

Surely there can't be so many fans of cycling, Skiing and Tennis. I watch tennis sometimes .. i.e. when special K or the Swiss Miss play, but what gives, why are these the only sports Eurosport seem to care about these days!
They have WSB live, will they still show MotoGP? F3000 looks like its going to be a cracking seasons racing, I just prey we can get to see it...
