Whom Shall We Interview?

I'm going to Road Atlanta and will have the chance to interview some of the drivers. Which would you like most to see interviewed for Parc Ferme/The Newsletter? If you have other choices, please let me know which ones.

I voted for somebody else ..and as Elephino said David Brabham is my choice..here is a guy who has done so much racing in his career...from f ford , F3 , F3000 to F1 and touring cars as well...you could interview him on his experiences in all the different classes and let him know there are plenty of Aussies over here rooting for him and wishing him well

I'd love to interview him myself. I didn't list him because at Mosport the Panoz pilots were kept under wraps and their garage was off limits to any but people with pitlane tickets which were difficult to get. I am not sure if he will be available.

But if he is, I will certainly try to interview him! I've a number of questions I'd like to ask him.

I would not ask if the Porsche is a ladies' car as two of my favourites (Maasen and Luhr) drive Porsches and they are certainly not ladies!

If other Aussies would like to have an interview with David Brabham, please sign on and perhaps with enough entreaties from his fellow countrymen he will consent.

I would love to hear form any of them, but I would like to hear what J.J. Lehto plans. I know he is not very happy racing for GT2 honors for the questionable BMW V8 sedan. Does he plan on racing for another team in front line equipment again?

I would like to hear from young Mr Brabham as well.

Whoever you are able to talk to, it would be interesting to get their views on where they think ALMS is going (i.e. optimism or otherwise of the future growth of the series).

I voted for someone else. I say Magnussen and Capello. Magnussen to get his views on why the old Panoz is so successfull and Capello to see how he feels been beaten by a 4 year old car. (Panoz LMP Roadster based on 1997 GT1 car!)

David Brabham, for sure. I am sure a lot of Aussie want to hear from one of our only overseas drivers...

I meant to ask Dindo that question when I met him at Mosport but we got busy talking about Le Mans and I never did. I'll bring it up for sure if I get the chance at Road Atlanta!

I'll also send a message to the Panoz PR people (my cousin has met the woman who heads up the PR department there) and see if Brabham would be available; it sounds as if he is the concensus interview.

However, I'll also ask the other questions people have mentioned here and any others that people would like to have asked - it'd make an interesting "Q&A/ALMS" article, sort of "Ask the Pilots Hour", I think.
