British Pathé Le Mans archive
British Pathé just put 80,000 videos from its archive on YouTube. There are some absolute gems from Le Mans among it all, too. Unfortunately a lot of it is without sound, but there are some cracking newsreels in there too.

i missed that one to and it is amazing how much of the 63 scene was still around in the mid eighties when i first went, the pointed roofed hut in the old village, the motor bikes in the fun fair, the chicken rotisserie looked exactly the same and the gran marnier crepe stall had not changed. Most of that has now gone or been updated but it proves that some things change slowly
