2014 TUSCC frequencies

Does anyone know a good source for team radio frequencies for 2014 TUSCC? Brian Miller was extremely generous with ALMS info in past years. And, I was able to buy a paper list at the Grand Am Rolex 24 last year. I'm hoping to have a list in advance in order to have my scanner programmed before departing for Daytona next month.

Thanks in advance!

I would assume that most teams would keep there past frequencies, but this may prove to be a difficult task with it being the first race of the season for a new series. The source you mentioned is the only one I could suggest. People going to the Roar should be confirming or denying past frequencies for folks like Brian.

Not sure if TUSC will be publishing the frequencies and selling them at the circuits much like nascar does or not. Haven't heard anything but haven't looked either.

In a slightly off-topic inquiry, what is the cheapest kind of scanner I could buy to listen in at the track?

I heard some guy got something generic at RadioShack which worked well enough, but i don't want to buy the completely wrong thing and show up ready to tune in on team and corner-worker conversation only to hear static.

Any suggestions or advice?

These frequencies were in the radio from last years
Road Atlanta Grand Am. Most still worked at the Roar.
Racing Electronics.com has a booth in the Fan zone at Daytona.
He should have an updated list at the 24.

As far as a radio. Just go with a $99 Uniden. Check the Radio
Shack website. Call your local location to make sure they have in stock.
a good pair of sony earbuds for $15 and a pair of headphones to
cover the ears and you are good to go.

If your car radio has an mp3 jack, that cord will fit the scanner
and voila, scanner on the car stereo. Really nice if its raining and you need a break from the elements. Volume goes as loud as your car stereo.
Really nice if you can park seeing the on track action.

My friends and I have used the Uniden for years, no issues. Just make sure you get a good headset designed for the track or you won't hear anything, I bought some from the booth at Sebring after realizing my over ear music headphones weren't going to cut it.

I have a Uniden as well. No problems with it. Check ebay.

Min of 100 programmable channels is a must. Good racing headset or noise reducing earbuds, also a must as others mentioned.

I can't get into much scanning these days; just takes too much effort.

Did anyone get any frequencies? And more importantly are they likely to stay the same for Sebring?
