Nissan Formula Thre Engine
Hi
I'm trying to gather in info on Nissan F3 engines used in the 80's. What block was used, who tuned them, where did they race and with what success? Thanks |

All I can recall is that Maurizio Sandro Sala raced one in Japan in the late 80s/early 90s - the team might have been Tomei (??) but dont quote me on that. Maybe Kojima007 can shed more light on this?

Not ecxatly at home in the Japanese language, this link indicate a victory by Maurizio Sandro Sala in a Ralt-Nissan in 1988: http://www.jaf.or.jp/CGI/msports/res...id=1988000819.

Race Car Warehouse had two or three Nissan engined Ralts for sale at the end of 2002 or early 2003. They obviously came from japan (had Cabin sponsorship colours and signwriting)I assume they got them from japanese connections.
