Sounds of the new V8s
true they don't have the same "wail" as the last years V10's, but i was quite impressed with the sounds of the new V8's.
particularly the Williams Cosworth (which i suppose is only natural considering they have been rumoured to be over the 20k mark in revs). in fact, i was so impressed with it i had to turn the volume up to full which didn't go over so well with the fam as it was 5am my time. in not sure how others feel about this, but there was talk in the off season that the new engines would be lacking but i found that for me none of the excitement was missing. |

They sound nice from external cameras.
Onboard took a little getting used to. Visually speaking, you can feel the loss of torque! |

Oh I don't know!
It's obviously just me. Or maybe my new telly. But from onboard the cars felt snail like exiting corners. Then again, lap time suggests otherwise! |

I thought they sounded a little on the polite side, except for the V8 Cosworth which was %ollicking along..Could have been down to the world audio feed?
