Rather than a one-make cup, I'd prefer the Astra to race agains the Golf / Scirocco, Focus, A-Class, 1er and A3.

Have that in the WTCC and a Vauxhall NGTC verison for the BTCC and I'll be happy!

Still, the VLN has some of the nicest looking cars in the world.

It's way under-spec'ed for SP3T, though...60-80bhp short vs the top contenders in the class and also with a much more subdued aero.
