What did Steve Earle have to do with it?
Thought he was pushed out and gone off to do his thing somewhere else.

Certainly he didn't run the thing this year.

Quite possible as I have not been following it but there certainly is a strong tradition to uphold. The entry list from the '03 event showed 30+ entries in the Bugati race. No reason to suspect any fewer is there?

Should you wish to verify the provenance of the Bugattis there is more information about half way down this ARTICLE.

DAYTONASME should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
In the "all Bugatti race - it was good to see Charles Dean taking the "family" T51 to the race win and ex pat, Peter Giddings runner up in his T35 - both of whom value orginality..and Blockley tyres no doubt!

The view from friends who were there was for their first attempt... the new organiser SCRAMP did a good job...some refinement required but the basics are there.
