Red Bull personally sponsors both Friesacher and Liuzzi, so both are probably to be racing for the team formerlly known European Minardi.

Wouldnt it make more sense to have Liuzzi/Freisacher run the primary Coloni team?

I'm pretty sure things will be as blurry as they can right until the cars on the the track for the February test, if not until the first race

Russfeld: well, Baumgartner already signed for the primary Coloni team (though he's not included in this list)

Is F3000 going to take place this year?
Astromega is moving to Super Renault only 7 drivers signed! Which driver are in talk with wich teams? Nothing seams to happen there? |

BCN Competicion will sign likely Angel Burgueño and Rafael Sarandeses (both ex-TWS drivers) or Marcel Costa.

Brand say they will unveil their drivers the week after next.
Den Bla Avis will be testing later this month. Remember, although the FIA Entry List was made public on Jan 30, it was actually compiled from what the teams told the FIA earlier in the month, hence things which happened since weren't included. |

Just a thought, but might scrapping the one-make formula rejuvenate F3000? Chassis from Lola, Dallara, Dome and Zytek; engines from Judd, BMW, Renault/Nissan, Toyota, Mugen/Honda...

You are right. That is exactly the way it should be. Wait! It actually sounds like the future of F1. It would make for good racing. |

Yeah it sounds like a good idea, but then u run the risk of having one dominant team in the series - like Ferrari with F1. Still something needs to be done.

This championship exist! His name is Formula 3 with Mugen, Opel, Renault, Nissan and Toyota engine! Dallara, Dome and Ralt chassis, and the best ever driver entry list in F.3 Euro series! The BIG mystake was to kill old F.3000, and the only reason was businness. Lola-Zytek and Avon killed the championship, and now i'm happy if their game will stop! I'm sorry only for the people of the teams, but i'm sure that F.3000 teams are good factory, and they'll found job in other championship. bye |

Nic should have a good chance this year . In that team he should at least be fighting at the front end of the pack .
