Rebellion was the best qualifier among the non-diesels last year, at a 1:10.123. The leading non-factory car was the Oreca-run Peugeot 908 from 2010, at a 1:09.777.
So, the leading 2012, customer petrol P1s have definitely overtaken last year's customer diesel, let alone the leading petrol runner from 2011. |

I had a look back at previous PLM qualifying results earlier. In 2008, the top 15 qualifiers were under 1:09, a measure of how the cars have been slowed.
