Crash and Burn should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Belgium in 2002?

Does anyone know about the Belgium Gp for 2002 - it was said that it might be dropped - is this the case?

Bernie is having a faceoff with the Belgian government over the tobacco ads. There have been any number of threads on this, not to mention a zillion news stories.

I think it will go on for 2002, but they have to be very carefull not to loose the GP, Zandvoort and Estoril are waiting to take over

Spa is on the official calender for next year and the only provisional date was the Australian GP due to the death of the marshal last year. I believe that too is not official and so there is no reason to think Bernie will drop Spa until at least 2003.

Bernie will be lynched by all and sundry if he drops Spa from the calender. I will personally make sure it happens.

The Australian GP is going ahead after the inquest finished a couple of days back.
