Racing heritage vehicles at Sandown this weekend

Formerly Group A & C, this weekend they are heritage vehicles - where did this moniker come from, at least on Natsoft:http://www.natsoft.com.au/cgi-bin/re...1/2011.SAN.R10

Wary of the politically correct these days, is this a forerunner of more to come, e.g incorporating the as yet stillborn Group U?

Who would have adopted the heritage vehicles tag for this weekend?
