Pitsmarion should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Good viewing spots at Donington

I'm being treated to a day out at BTCC at Donington this weekend, but I've only ever worked in the pits and never been a spectator there before. Can anyone advise on what will be good places to go around the track to see the best action? I promise to wave to you all ......

Thanks in advance

The old hairpin, somewhere to sit there you can see all down the craners. Watched the last motogp race from there

I agree with that, my partner always goes to that part of the track when I am marshaling and the view is stunning!! Personally one of my favourite views in motorsport

I also was marshaling from the old hairpin for the btcc last year and watching them come down though the craners is pretty amazing

Hope you have a good time there, gutted I am not going this year all because it clashes with easter!

Where Starkey's bar used to be. After Old Hairpin, up on the bank. See from Hollywood to McLeans.

Many years ago when I was a spectator I used to like Hollywood, between 4 and 6.

Great call to watch from Hollywood, thanks for the recommendation. We watched 2 of the 3 BTCC from there, and admired all the quick and efficient work to sort everything out. Shame about the rain early on, I hope you all managed to dry out. Hello again to all those I managed to a
have a quick chat with.

Cheers
