Why the Jr v Kyle build up this weekend apart from filling the place.

Ambrose was great today, just wish he could get a decent mention for his sponsors, I am sure as they run through the field the commentators skip him till the very end when they know he is not going away. Does anyone else think he is a chance of finishing top15 on current form.?

He has been very impressive & yes, the commentators never mention him or his sponsors - he needs to have good runs at the road courses & the top 15 (dare i say top 12 & the chase ) could be on the cards...

The Ambrose adverts are on US TV at regular intervals and he is foreign!
Jr does not get close enough to Kyle these days to start an argument. A mistake by JJ,intesting. |

must agree on Ambrose. not doing anything silly and just driving HIS race, simingly...like a 5 year CUP vet. top 20 in points; impressive. good for him. long season, tho boys...i think it's too early to tell us much of anything.

True, very long season - he has a run at the moment, but stuck in the pack of 43 cars on an oval, anything can happen & the momentum can change just like that....

had a conversation with an old "nascar" buddy this weekend and we feel that if all the tracks out there had racing like there was at richmond this weekend, we'd watch a few more races than we do now (used to watch ALL of them).
anyone else agree? |

I liked it too. Despite the many cautions it never got boring. |
