Supernationals...international?
i am asking myself, if there is any chance, that the supernational division from sweden could be raced in the european rallycross champignonship.
they have done a presentation race last year at the estering in germany and made the crowd going wild. incredible drifts and awesome fights......and wonderful volvos  .i would like to see this again  . someone was complaining about missing newcomers. they drive in that division.

The supernational category will be racing as a support event at 5 rounds of this years championship.
they will race at the Swedish, Belgium, Dutch, Norwegian and German rounds of the Ec. It is retricted to the top 12 drivers from sweden and norway selected from the super evo cup. they will also be back at croft in the internations cup this year. the cars are basically the same as the division 2 days in the erc (similar to Ford Sierra Rs500's, volvos etc).....which is why it is so popular for budget racing in sweden and holland. It will feature as a support as all events now seem to have a support race. (portugal Corsa cup, France - Citroen Saxo challenge etc). Bermingrud, Voie, Stanvall, Isachsen etc all came from supernational and is a good training ground for drivers to make the grade into division 1, 1a and 2. |

yeap and Henning Solberg.......the long forgotten brother of Petter who raced in division 2 in a Ford Escort Cosworth after his super national days in 1995.
