Bright/Frosty. They won, under a goodly amount of pressure at the end. Nuff said for mine.

Oh, bugger, I forgot to add Murph to the list. Thanks for making me look stupid pwr fan .
I think Holdsworth and Canto deserve a heap of credit. Their determination has seen them at the point end of the field in the last 2 rounds. |

Car 2 was an absolute jet, reliability is a serious concern there. Jum was a little slow, however he has been a little off the pace at Sandown before then comes out at Bathurst and is on the pace straight away.
Lowndes' drive was a joy to watch, just a bloke on the limit for 100 laps - good stuff. Well done to Bright/Winterbottom and Kelly/Kelly good drives there. Special mention must go to Murphy for his drive (not happy with McConville for spewing oil all over the racing line though) and was really happy to see Bowe/Jones do well. A good race, bring on Bathurst! |

And people just shook their heads, bit their lips and wondered who would be second". RIP Peter Brock. 1945-2006 |

I thought Lowndes could have won today if he had of cooled down a bit. He's getting a touch of the Ambrose's about him on the radio complaining about traffic all the while. Fantastic drive nonetheless. At least Jamie knows exactly where he stands in that team now. 888 certainly didn't trust him to double stint after that 1st safety car.
Brighty & Rick's racing in those last 5/6 laps was great stuff. I still don't think the young Kelly has been given enough credit this season. He's matured into a very capable steerer. In years gone by he would have punted Brighty off in an attempt to get past him. GT inherited Skaife's bad luck. Reliability certainly the biggest problem for the red car this year. Can't see them winning Bathurst with that car the way things have been going. |

Lowndes from being a lap down at lap 61 to come home in 3rd just 11sec behind Crash Bandicoot. So he would win drive of the day just over Brighty for his last 10 lap race with Crash.

What about Morris & Ellery? Not a bad drive from the pit lane.
Good to see the BOC boys get some well earned confidence for Bathurst. |

Bright & Winterbottom. But I'm biased because it's the CAT car.

Brighty & Frosty. I was actually unimpressed with Craig's driving, it surprised the officials didn't ping him for a couple of questionable moves.
He needs to calm down to win at Bathurst, overdriving the car has more disasterous consequences there, as he discovered last year. |

Lowndes was awesome. The obvious slap in the face to Whincup was ordinary.

Complain to a mod, not me . I only realised I left Bargs out after the edit period timed out. Anyways, there is always the "Other" option in the meantime...

As a team it's probably too hard to single one out. There were a lot of great performances out there today.
As an individual it would have to be Lowndes. I don't quiet get the negative comments about his drive back up the front by some though. I guess it's hard to please a lot of people on here. It's either not enough passing or someones too aggressive. The guy was obviously giving it 100% (110% sometimes) but he had to wade his way through a bunch of mongers waddling around just trying to make it too the end. Sorry but a mediocre drive down the middle of the road isn't going to stop someone with his tallent who wants back up front. Glad I taped it, what a joy to watch. |

Good to see Jason get some pay for his efforts the past years, and Frosty has shown us what he's capable of - scary thought for Bathurst, as that car had some serious drive out of the corners - will be a monster accross the top!
Does anyone know if Rick whinged about the pass in the post-race? |
