Uncle Cranker should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Sydney VS Melbourne.

Simply compare the headlines to see who has their nose out of joint.......

Sydney:

Melbourne:

Combine this with not having a V8 Supercar team based there, and it all makes sense.

I actully agree with the Sydney report!! As a Sydney person I'm very very very glad I did not waste a Sunday morning going to watch it... Not letting people on the bridge
to watch it was a complete joke if you ask me!!!

The GP parade in Melbourne on Wednesday could be interesting. Looking at the people barriers they are starting to place at various points around the course they wouldn't stop a raging Grandmother on a shopping spreee on pension day let alone an errant race car so don't expect to much "action" on the streets of Melbourne.

A "strictly imposed" 80 kph limit for Wednesday.
3 F1 cars, 1 Williams, and 2 Minardi's, with one of them to be driven by Paul Stottard !!
Oh and some bloke called Skaife diving a red Holden Taxi too I think.

With a forecast of rain, and lots of tram tracks on the corners of their planned route, there might be some unplanned action.
