Channel 7 ran a 3 hour highlights package on 7 a week or two after last years and event and I am led to believe its the same this year

Official entries do not close until January 23 (this Friday). So this time next week, expect it to be available on the official event website (or a draft, at least).

Improved Production about 48 at this stage. I do have an entry list for the IP, but it includes only names and numbers (PM me if you're interested).

Hadn't heard of the Quinn/Quinn/Denyer EVO, but it will be good to see them back. I reckon they would have to be my choice of pre-race favourite. I had already said yes to On Track Motorsport to help them, as I have done for the last 2 12hrs.

I will be keeping a close eye on them though as all three drivers are friends of mine

But I have been giving Newmo grief about potentially being beaten by a car full of girls

At the time however, the WBR Subaru was losing a fair amount of boost as it had a hole developing in one of the exhaust manifolds.

Take the V8's to the 12 hour event. Have the launch of the 1000 on the saturday and all the teams can have a 3 hour turn and burn around the mountain. People would make the trip up from sydney to see that as we dont get a chance until december to see them in the flesh.

WHY

Thats the last thing this event needs. The whole idea is that it is production cars and nothing to do with the V8's
