Well, I LOVE IT.......the livery is stunning, absolutely stunning..........love it, love it, love it!!!!
But, I fear Ranald may be right; the effect will be spoilt if it's to be adorned with numerous sponsor's stickers........ |

I wonder who might follow suit on this theme ?
I did like the crocodile dundee R8 too . Cant wait to see it next month , it does look stunning , and i normaly dont really like art cars . Well done to Creation . A few teams out there could be a bit more imaginative , like Chamberlain for example . And imagine the merchandise this could generate !!! I want it on a t-shirt with Creation logo on the back . Imaginative but falls mostly flat in pictures. I think it would look better in the flesh, but I will never get to determine that, so I'm going to have to say I'm disappointed. I normally like art cars, but this just doesn't do it for me.

Love it or hate it, the fact a livery is able to provoke such response is noteworthy in itself. Too many teams rely on the car's shape to look good, not many have the guts to allow the livery to carry the aesthetic responsibility in its entirety.
Personally I think it's great, and kudos to Mike and the crew for choosing to do something different. I suppose wacky approaches have been a hallmark of Creation, and from a marketing angle this is not a bad way to go. It will certainly generate more publicity than if it looked the same as it did in the last three years. I do agree with CMK that pictures probably don't do it real justice. I'll just have to find out for myself when I get to LM in [...exercising brain...ouch this hurts.....] 29 days... |

I suppose its all "eye of the beholder" stuff but I REALLY love it. That suprised me to say it but I honestly love it! Really stunning and what a superb concept! As some one has said it will look different with the sponsors logo's on but still WOW!

Maybe they'll do what Honda have done in F1: leave the car sponsor-free and put all their stuff on the website instead. I cant really see how this would appeal to a sponsor, but hey, if it keeps the car looking this good then that's fine by me. But I suppose even the racing numbers will spoil it somewhat.
(I don't think much of the Honda livery, by the way!) |

I just hope it is quick. If it has the pace of the other petrol cars, it will get more coverage than the others put together although; given the colorful scheme, it probably will do that anyway.
Creation was right, you will either love it or hate. |

I think the car looks great, the livery really different and overall its great to see a small British team trying to do it all their "own special way" - thats why we love them and why we'll cheer them all the way to the finish in June. |
