Di was handing out envelopes at sign-on on Monday, so I guess those for people not there then would be in the post on Tuesday.

Benn struggling to shake off a chest infection all week, so if I can put in a request for one of the centrally heated posts with the comfy seats and coffee machines??? Or at least anything other than one of the 'ladder' posts (7 or 16) I'd appreciate it

also tickets for next Saturdays meeting at silverstone.
Just have to sort my thermals out and pack car again and ready for tomorrow.
And remember to change clocks forward.

As 1 of the Clerks, can I say a big Thank You to you Guys & Gals for making it happen. 9 action packed races and a finish at a minute past 6, well done to you all. The hailstorm that came at about 20 past 6 made me smile, as a driver had bet me a fiver at one of the morning briefings that it would rain by 4pm. When he came into race Control to pay up, I told him to give it to charity, good job I'm lucky eh?

That really is the way to run a race meeting, well done to all concerned, and thanks to the drivers for all the thumbs up and waves on the slowing down laps and some excellent entertaining racing. Chris, you may have thought i was asleep in my car at lunchtime but in fact its a new type of meditation.!!!

Can I just add my thanks to Fat Clerk's both personally and on behalf of the club. There's more of the same with HSCC on 13th April at Cadwell....and PLEASE come back to Donington on 19th/20th April for the Grande Passione meeting. It's a bit of a milestone as it's the first meeting actually run by Masters Racing Club under their own permit...but some of the faces are depressingly familiar as in Fat Clerk, Julian and yours truely, plus many others you'll know and where else are you going to see 7 (yes seven!) races for grand prix cars in one meeting.
Fay Crook is Chief Marshal and would love to hear from you
Thanks again for yesterday

Thanks HSCC for really good day. The organisation was spot on & the cars fantastic. Thanks to everyone on post 12 for their company, efficiency & sense of humour!! My only complaint is I woke up with arm ache, after waving back to so many drivers!!!! Thanks guys, it is much appreciated - it doesn't take much to keep us happy!!

My first meeting at Donington (checks to see that spelling is korrekt ) since around 1994 and it was great! The view from the Post 7 tower is fantastic; and lots to see with some very big grids. As long as I choose clubs with sensible attitudes regarding finishing times I will be back - next one is the Masters in April and the 750 in July.

Thanks to the organisers and the (mostly) well-behaved drivers.

Can I also give my thanks to all of you who marshalled at Donington. It was actually a record turnout for us at this meeting.

If you would like to do anymore HSCC meetings, then please PM me.

As John said, I am also involved in The Masters Series, so again if anyone has not volunteered but would like to do one or two days on the 19th and 20th April please let me know.

As this is my first full season on bank I am trying to get as much different race meetings in as i can this season.
This meeting has been my most enjoyable to date.
Pleasure to marshal at these events, well organised, well run,
Even with the red flags and plenty recoveries, meeting still finished at 6pm. not bad considering last race on programme was to start at 5.30pm.
Thanks to all involved in organising a great meeting.
Thanks to all on Post 4 for great day,
Thanks to all drivers for little to do and enjoyable racing.
I have already volunteered for other HSCC Meetings, looking forward to them all now.

Exactly how did you organise the rain to start as I was taking my boots off after the meeting had finished johngee??? I think alanh would like a slightly longer lunch break to get his full "40 winks" in

Thanks to all the drivers for the waves and in general, excellent driving standards.
