New best time at the track !!
The Mustang ran a new 1/4 mile best of 13.358/106.57 mph ,also ran a 13.385/107.24 mph on . Our track sits at 3600 feet above sea level and corrected for weather , was at 5200 feet last night .I used BFG Drag Radial tires , which are a compromise between normal street tires and slicks. Then I drove the car to work.
With proper slicks , and better weather , I might see a 12 second pass one day !! Not too shabby for a street car !!  Alan |
