Toyota MR2 gearbox problem...
Anyone know much about these? my girlfriends mk1 MR2 (86 model) suffers from 5th gear popping out under load, and now its spread to 4th too. Is it a whole gearbox replacement?? or just bearings, input shaft etc?
Also can anyone recommend someone to do the work, needs to be fairly near Bournemouth - altho I have driven it as far as Portsmouth holding it in gear. bloody hairdressers car! Thanks |
