You missed a nice weekend welshgal. Weather was really good to us if not just a bit chilly but the endless supply of cake made up for that. A lovely end to the hillclimb season at Loton Park. Will we see you at Shelsley next weekend ?

Where's this going? Nowhere fast, I'd suggest!

Second answer is 'Hillclimb forum' since it's not very marshalling related. Cracking sequence, though. Quite an acheivement to get the tail out so far on a FWD car. Obvioulsy needed more shopping in the boot to stabilize it.

Hopefully, I haven't been out for a little while but now that a certain rugby team decided to fizzle out of the world cup, I have no interest there anymore... hehehe

I am purely worried about how cold it is going to be tbh... But I shall go out and buy thermals this week.

Bit slow there, wasn't I? Good to see he didn't find the scenery but I bet they had a hard time stopping Rescue from scrambling anyway.

I would have thought that the solution here could benefit All parties;
1. Load the boot with Cutting & Medical Kit etc.
2. Make the Driver wear a Cervical Collar & KED!
3. Ensure driver signs an indemnity on start line that he is conversant with the Eqpt carried on the vehicle.

Job done! JB gets a more stable handling car and Rescue can just sit and Snooze/Watch him extricate himself if he shunts it!!

QED!

Jim Lamb

What a great idea, a sort of mobile rescue unit - notice I didn't say rapid Response!

Oh and in answer to the original query "Where's this going ???" well that's easy....

It's going to end in tears and a tantrum before bed time!
