More chasing for the Muscle Milk car incoming. Hopefully the car's ok so we get to see some battling with the Rebellions in a few hours time.

All Graf's advantage in third is about to be wiped out.

He'll definitely get a penalty for rear-ending that PC car. Not to mention any damage done to the HPD.

If the P2 pace is what the top class runs at next year, the GT cars would only be 5 laps down.

So who was claiming that Malucelli was nothing but a pay driver who would weigh Risi down?

How did the radiator get damaged? Contact with another car?

Apparently Garcia in the Vette punted off a PC car which Turner ran up the back of when it came back on track and was moving slowly.

Do we think Audi will be disappointed with their 2013 updates as the car doesn't appear to be any quicker or have noticeably better tyre wear?

Ah ok, thanks, I saw that incident but not the part were the Aston got the damage.

I'm also suprised about the lack of advantage the 2013-update brings to the R18.

Overall nice race so far, the onboard streams are running well and are nice to crank up the speakers and fill all displays, the TV-stream had it's hickups, though, but I only used that while Motors TV had their break for the motorcycle racing.

Anyone got any clue about this years topspeeds by the different cars?

Best livery IMO apart from the Risi Ferrari: #500 Performance Tech Motorsports

Oh dear Graf not happy.

No choice but to give him penalties given the precedent set. Ultimately if you nail into the back/side of a slower car the buck stops at you.

Funny how drivers always say they were alongside.

If you hit a guys right rear and spin him you weren't alongside.

Richard Westbrook about get get a Stop/60 out of the GT lead.

It was kind of hard to tell for Graf incident, but for the Westbrook/Sweedler incident it did look like Westbrook was alongside Sweedler (or close) but then tried to back out of it when he realized Sweedler didn't see him and that's how the Ferrari ended up as far ahead.

I got that message too.

Back to Motors with it's 19th century picture quality, terrible sound and bizarre adverts.

Just got a lot of interference on the stream and when I tried to refresh it, I got some message that the server takes to long to reply.

Which is rather sh*t because an accident happened with some ferrari and I don't know anything about it now.

Just had a look back at it. Westy was coming quickly alongside Sweedler who did turn in like you say. Never got to fully alongside him but it was clear he hadn't been seen.

A lot of 'racing incidents' have been penalised today so there was no option really. There were a few harsh decisions at the Austin GA race the other week too so I assume this is what people should get used to next year?

This safety car really hurts the #4 with his upcoming penalty. Probably Risi heading back to the lead.

Calm down. At least the stream went down during a yellow. Hopefully it will be back up when the race goes green.

I thought the harsh penalties for the DPs in Austin maybe had something to do with making them shy away from contact a bit more than normal, since next year the P2 cars and DeltaWang won't be able to take the bumping the DPs often dish out, but with the penalties handed out in this race it actually just makes it seem Mr. Walter likes being a hard-ass.

I liked Justin Bell's comment about the issue, how this kind of officiating (being hard on the overtaking car) doesn't encourage the slower cars to be as aware of their surroundings.
