Exactly same as before , track length reported on the Official Time Sheet is 4.603Km... you will have to find something else SuperJohn

Regarding the Entry list there few interesting names like Jo Merszei (champ Motorsport) usually racing at Macau F3 GP, also Shohei Shiromoto and the return of Pete Olson. Unfortunatly the overall level is still a bit weak.

Hopefully Spanish driver Guille can join the next round.

yes, pretty strange, because CTCC races based on the short circuit, yet AFR was the only race of the weekend with the A1GP circuit

hi Lam Pak
thanks for your comments. i also felt it strange last week when reading the CTCC regulations, but at least there is a good show for AFR and F.West.
I hope the same revival can be seen for F.V6

Does anyone know who set the fastest lap in Race 2? The .jpg on the FRD website left out that part.

But apparently champ lost their lead driver:

from wikipedia:

2008 Assault case
On 4 November 2008, Ka To was arrested by the police for suspicion of assault at the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. [5]
Jim Ka To was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, inflicting grevious bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.[6] On 26 May 2009, he was found guilty by the Kwun Tong Magistracy.[7] He is instantly imprisoned and he will receive his sentence on 16 June 2009.

Jim Ka To has just received a 15 month sentence from the judge. Don't think he can race again until the 2011 season...

R5-6 is undertaking in Shanghai this weekend with serval changes.De Groppi leave M3 and he has set new team 'TOP SPEED'.Day and Gomez have followed him to the new team, therefore M3 only running with Zhang this weekend, plus car rental to Pena Motorsport(Shirmoto).
Champ motorsport has skipped this weekend, may be they have no drivers for that.Poor for them as V6 is in trouble....

During Quailfication Session a weird stuff has happened:All the team except ART was using wet tyres without declaration of Race Director. As the result of it ART benefited from other cars' exclution and get top 4 places for the grid.Luis Sa Sliva is the pole man and he won race 1 this morning,Jiang Teng-Yi 2nd place and Day third.

*In second Race Sa Sliva completed his prefect weekend with 2nd victory,Day beated Jiang for 2nd place

Next race is Chengdu in 12-13 September
