That's an average of 12.2 posts per thread!
That's a pretty good average. Healthy debate, ain't it great!" What's next? The Gravel Trap is almost up to 15000 posts. (Most of them in that darned 'Challenge' thread! Actually, the average thread/post ratio down there is 17 posts per thread. So, F1 fans do need to discuss things more!! |

Actually, the true total count is a *lot* higher than 20,000 - we were forced to regularly prune old posts from the system up until recently, due to amount of space they took up on the server. Thankfully we have a much more understanding host now...

I've got three jobs and two of them sort of decided it was time I did some work! [The third one hasn't really started up yet. Thank heavens for small mercies.]
No, really, I had an avalanche of stuff for the newsletter, I've been arranging six months of racing travel including my Easter trip to Donington, my racing team's bought a new car (an F4), my Speedway biker's season has started up, and I had to submit FOUR DIFFERENT TAX RETURNS. Frankly, my dear, I'd rather argue about why TGF will never beat Prost, if he "races" in those RC Ferraris until he's 75 years old. |

Liz, from anyone but you, I would worry about the mention of four different tax returns...
One for the IRS One for your accountant One for the Charities Commission and The real one... |

Hee Hee!
No, it's a personal one for Revenue Canada, a personal one for the IRS (saying "I don't owe you anything - I don't live in the USA!"), a "Hobby" return for the IRS and a corporate return for my business in Canada. But they are all finished and shipped out and I hope they are all right. When I grow up I want to leave all that to my banker. Perhaps when I grow up I will be less suspicious. And perhaps not. |
