This may be of special interset to subscribers on the European Continent.

The "Large Hadron Collider" is online with a webcam. You can actually see live events from Lake Geneva, Switzerland when this thing goes online.

Thought you might find it interesting.

Not sure what happens to the images. Any problems `over there'?

This Is The NEW F-35B STOL (Jump Jet) that replaces the USMC Harrier and F-18 Super Hornet … the USAF is ordering a limited number of these, but most will go to the Marine Corps.

This is a 60+ year-old B&W movie that has been color enhanced. Note the casualty rate shown at the end.

TERRIFIC LITTLE FILM OF P- 47 FLYING - 5 min 12 seconds, and it begins showing immediately (no download time -- streaming video).

In case the link is not working, this is an update provided by the owners of the website:

We are victims of our own popularity. The Jukebox simply swept around the World and the number of hits exceeded the Bandwidth capacity available from our Hosting Company.

Additionally, unfortunately, many people linked directly to songs on the Jukebox and in essence, stole Bandwidth from us; many probably didn't even know they were stealing or the consequence to the web site. In one case an individual even stole the whole Jukebox interface, truncated it to remove all references to our site and posted it as their own, but continued to use our Bandwidth; this jerk absolutely did know he was stealing.

We were averaging over 6,000 hits per day with people remaining linked for long periods of time while enjoying listening to the music -- this is exactly what we hoped for. However, the amount of Bandwidth being used soon reached, and even exceeded, the same level as a commercial site who maintains their own Dedicated Server. Our Hosting Company does not provide Dedicated Server options at this time and even if they eventually do, the cost might be prohibitive.

This site is fully funded from donations from members of the Great Farmington, New Mexico High School Class of 1961 Alumni. Their generosity has made this all possible for several years.

We must now take a moment or two to assess our situation. Bottom line appears to be that we simply can not purchase enough Bandwidth to keep up with the number of visitors. Not to mention the issue of paying higher and higher fees.

We are going to take a close, hard look at the total financial situation, continue to speak with our Hosting Company, examine all of our options, and then make a decision about coming back online.

Our goal is to make this Jukebox venture work for the enjoyment of everyone and a financial asset to the Artists themselves. Our future plans had even called for linking to the web site or sales site of the Artist for each song so you could easily purchase their music.

If there is a Music Industry Attorney, Law Firm, Civil Rights Organization, or Music Industry Representative who would be willing, on a pro bono basis, to discuss and advise us on any technicalities to keep the Jukebox Legal and a way to finance this venture, we would appreciate hearing from you. We would obviously also like pro bono work from any web site "gurus" who could help make the site download and theft proof. Most importantly, we would like to hear from any Hosting Company who would like to donate or work with us on financial terms for a Dedicated Server.

I feel confident that there are people in these needed categories who grew up with us and love this music too and they WILL donate their services. If you know any of these folks, ask them to help us.

Thank you for visiting and supporting this effort. Remember, we can not and will not knowingly do anything that would give the appearance that we are violating Copyrighted material. Email us if you have ANY ideas on how to save the Jukebox.

WE WILL USE THIS PAGE TO ADVISE YOU OF OUR PROGRESS AND CURRENT STATUS AS WE WORK TO RETURN TO THE AIRWAVES. KEEP CHECKING BACK

Why you should shut down your computer at night...

When you go to bed at night and forget to shut down your computer, I think you ought to know what actually goes on. It's 2 AM and do you know where your icons are and what they are doing?

Click here and you will see what happens when you leave the computer on during the night.

This Web site gives you an incredible guided tour of NASA over the past fifty years! With a robot to guide you through the highly interactive site, it will delight both young and old alike! It is obviously aimed a `younger' folk.

To get started, click on the logo in the center of the page with the robot. That will open the core of the site. It should pop up in another window. The robot will give you a brief introduction to the site and then you can start exploring. You can either click on the building behind him to start in the 1950s or you can choose a time period from the time line that runs across the bottom of the page.

As you explore the site, remember to click around and see everything that's available. There are so many things you can click on to learn more about NASA!

For example, in the 50s section, when you're done exploring the interior of the building, head outside and explore there. You’ll find rockets and you'll learn about someone who helped develop them. You can also listen to music from that time period with the jukebox!

Each section teaches you about what happened during that decade. You start in the 1950s with the beginning of NASA and end up in 2000 with robonauts! You can even click on the Future Rd. sign to learn about where NASA is headed for the future. Enjoy!

Plan on spending a LOT of time exploring everything.
