The biggest crowd TV cameras can find at Laguna today, a flock of sheep miles away from the circuit.

Yeah I noticed the lack of fans too. What's up with that? LS race usually is very well attended.

Was going to go to sleep and record the rest until I realised MotorsTV in the UK have severely shanked up their programme descriptions. They have done the same thing all year so at least they are being consistent.

Might just have to power through...

The grandstands are usually half full for Laguna instead of empty like this and other than a pretty decent crowd gathered at the corkscrew there are hardly any General admission spectators, and you can really see that on the helicopter shot.

All GTE cars do, why? White headlights on LMPs, yellow on GTEs.

I had to make a quick run to the store; how'd the GT order get turned around again? Pitstops under yellow?

Bowties have been quiet all day; Oli Gavin trying to make a little noise, eh?

At Le Mans, GTs are required to have amber tint headlights and LMPs clear. Ferrari, BMW, and Corvette also have amber lights, be it lenses on the bulbs or headlight covers.

Thanks for the explanation. It's a bit strange to me, since protos and GTs are easy to tell apart. I'd use it to distinguish LMP1s from LMP2s and GTs from GTCs, or something like that.

The 007 has lost 15s already to the leading Mazda.

To help the drivers during night races to tell whats behind them.
