1 will do.
Thanks to the safety car. And some thought Ferrari was disorganized? |

A very dull race. I hoped Leclerc's early stop on Lap 14 might spice things up a bit but no, and the FCY at the end, with the SC being deployed in front of Russell just detracted from the race even more.

6, I thought that it was a good race until the strange end.

Yes. Pretty much as my opinion. A 3. They must do something to get beached cars out of the way. The race control was pathetic.

5 from me. A pretty ordinary race for the most part and a shambolic end. The race director and his cohorts need to be lined up against a wall and shot.

2. Even the highlights were disappointing and the end rendered the race almost totally forgettable other than for de Vries' excellent debut.

Was this a race with a tight fight for the lead, going down to the wire? No, Max has won and he is at least 1 sec faster than the Ferraris, even if they keep it together.
Was this a race ruined by the SC? No, I would dare to buck the trend and say it was not. It would not have ended much differently even if they had been quicker to remove the stuck car. Was it a race with a lot of strategic moves? Yes, I would say it was. Also, they might have played out a bit more, except... yadda, yadda, but not so much differently. Was it a race with overtakes and nicely planned moves? Yes I would say so. Most of them where by faster cars out of place, but some where lower down in the field and was actually quite entertaining. MSC did some nice moves for example. I vote a 7. |

5. while the race was wasnt the most exciting (drives through the field have become far too common for the top teams imo) i was, like many, further let down by the way the race ended.
always going to be pros and cons/winners and losers to any late race procedure so not everyone will ever be happy with it but i do think that on the whole, every effort should be made to finish races under green flag conditions. personally i would have favoured a red flag and rolling re start...but if there had been another accident during the re start or if Nyck had lost his position/points then i probably also wouldn't be saying this! |

A big number 2.
Dull overtakes on a track where they occur into tight chicanes. Awful race direction. |
