JLelli should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Pontiac, MI - The Woodward Loop

http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1181805

This street circuit is in the grungy city of Pontiac, MI, a suburb of Detroit and the former home of the Detroit Lions. The circuit is comprised of the Woodward Loop, also known as Wide Track Drive, a one-way street where northbound Woodward Avenue loops around downtown Pontiac to meet southbound Woodward Avenue. The circuit is anticlockwise, comprised of the high-speed Loop (most notably the long, speeping left-hander at the north end of the circuit, which is its signature turn), joined at the bottom by an extremely tight hairpin, and punctuated in between by a few "technical sections" diverting through downtown itself. The track includes frequent but gentle elevation changes. Pits could be built on the strip of vacant land at the bottom of the circuit, right after the hairpin. The circuit would be best suited for IRL or CCWS open-wheel competition, as well as ALMS and Grand-Am sportscars.

A slight edit. I wanted a slightly longer run to the final hairpin. Whilst it would be tight it would be much wider & more open than the hairpin at the Beijing street circuit & so would be possible. I've also just smoothed out a few of the corners & used more of the car park space to make a slightly more flowing track IMO.

Such a shame that there is one tiny little issue with it. The circuit runs right next to a hospital.

the Hospital sits on the corner of E Huron St, and N Perry St. That is a 90 degree corner on the circuit design.
There would be 2 other medical clinics within the restricted access areas around the circuit.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. I modified the circuit so that the track no longer runs don Saginaw Street ajacent to the hospital. It now runs along Wayne Street, giving emergency vehicles access to the hospital via Saginaw Street. Some streets can be kept open and clear of spectators for ambulance access, and temporary bridges can be erected over parts of the circuit for the same reason.
