They just said on the broadcast that the live telemetry has failed and therefore the FIA is trusting the drivers not to use DRS during the qualifying sessions since it is wet and supposed to be disabled.

That was announced this morning. On top of the DRS there's no light signals on the steering wheels and no means of switching all the cars to safety car mode. So it seems that folks will have to do their jobs then.

Looks like the McLaren is even worse in the wet than it was in the dry, if that's even possible.
