Metric should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Indeed, where is Champ? They are having their best AFR season in years, though AFR this year is simply between PS Racing and Champ, both of whom had equally fast cars on the Shanghai trap speeds and both have ringer drivers, Ringbom from European Renault and Champ's Japanese drivers from Formula Challenge Japan. But champ bit the big one with a mechanical DNF in Shanghai and PS is pretty much guaranteed to win the series. But will AFR be around next year? Doubtful...but how will pilota fare as it has been far from living up to all that it promised initially. Its sad that no one seems to be able to properly organize and promote a series in China, there is so much potential. However, its the nature of the beast that there is so much seld-interest/trying to make a quick buck in China racing in general, that it will be difficult for any organizer to make a truly professional series. But that's how business in China works, I suppose, they'd rather make 10rmb today then 10,000rmb over 3 years. Anyhow you have two competing series that split an already small group of drivers, and neither series lives up to its claims. I don't know what the solution is, but hopefully next year won't be another repeat of two 11 car series grids with no promotion, ever changing delays and schedule issues, racing at the the same tracks or shifter kart tracks. at least Pilota is actually going to Malaysia after all, kudos to them for that...

Lam Pak, imitation might be the sincerest form of flattery, but stealing is an outright crime. Let Formula Renault die alone.

Metric, sometimes all it takes to cross a line is a little push. F-Pilota had 17 cars in Tianma , like Lam Pak said, and some of the greatest of the European series. But everything you said to us was true. Asia doesn't need another notch on it belt.

Pilota had 12 cars at Ordos, 11 at SIC. Same kind of low numbers as AFR.

I am still waiting for someone to tell me where Pilota and AFR are headed for next year. Let's see what the Malaysia grid looks like for pilota, that will be telling, surely AFR will have a larger grid as well in Zhuhai Dec.

What I am still trying to figure out is if both series will have such small grids and such a small number of full season drivers next year? AFR struggles to live, meanwhile there is supposedly a lot of dissatisfaction in pilota with drivers in terms of the package that was promised and not delivered. Where are these series headed next year?

Final season race will be take place in sepang this weekend,Zou Si Rui will be the 4th driver of Asia Racing Team this weekend.

And also, sound like a non-championship grande finale will be in Sepang next weekend,as the support race of Sepang 1000km
