Can anyone help me pass my degree?
Hi guys, just wondering if any of you can help me? As part of my final year at Uni, I'm doing a dissertation comparing the visual behaviour of normal drivers and racing drivers. Anyone know if/where I can get hold of motor racing accident statistics? If any one can give me any help, I'd be most grateful.
On a more marshalling note, see any of you at the Trucks at Donington?? |

I don`t know tax dodgers these days!! My best "effort" (if thats the right description) would be to try the MSA (http://www.msauk.org/) or the FIA (http://www.fia.com/). Other than that can`t help except formula ford race always guaranteed a incident so 100% crash to race ratio!!!

Try the back pages of Professor Sid Watkins book for Stats. for F1/FIA events. Haynes do a book called Safety might be of help.
May we ask why are you doing such a dissertation? |

I would be interested to know where the normal accident figures are coming from too.

Many many thanks, knew I could get some help here! I will check out all sources.
The normal road accident stats can be found on the department for transport website www.dft.gov.uk, it's really in depth and you can get stats for just about anything associated with roads and traffic! Quote:
